Belleville, ON, March 27th 2026 – Downtown Belleville continues to grow as a destination for health, wellness, and community care with the official grand opening of Preferred Personal Care in its new location at Century Village.
Along with friends, family and neighbours in attendance were Mayor Neil Ellis, Councillors Garnet Thompson and Margaret Seu on behalf of the City of Belleville, MPP Tyler Allsopp, Nicole Kleinsteuber on behalf of MP Chris Malette, Lisa Comerford from the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, Matt Leonard, Chair of the DBIA Board, for the ribbon cutting to welcome Maxine Holland and her business to the downtown core.
After serving the Belleville community for several years, Preferred Personal Care has relocated its operations to the heart of downtown, bringing its trusted, compassionate care services to a vibrant and accessible new setting.

The move reflects both the organization’s growth and its commitment to being more centrally located for clients and families. “I actually worked at Roluf’s in Downtown Belleville as a young girl and lived around the corner.” Said Holland, “This move to Century Village has been a long time coming, almost 14 years in the making.”
